Q1. How can we contact Pepixel invitations?

Q2. What is a Digital Printable Invitation? 
Pepixel emails the jpeg digital file to you, ready for you to print yourself . You simply saving it on USB/ Thumb Drive/ Memory Stick and taking it down to your local photo kiosk or print it from your home printer.

Q3. Can I purchase invitations if I live outside of Australia?
'Yes you can, we are an online store which is open 24hrs/7days. Thats what is great about the Digital File, it is sent via email, no need to wait for postal services.
If you would like you order printed, we do offer registered post for outside of Australia. Delivery times will be determined where you are located. See our time table here
Shipping with in Australia 1 - 5 Business days after your order has been approved by you and has been accepted to print.
Shipping outside Australia 5 -15 Business days after your order has been approved by you and has been accepted to print.

Q4 . What exactly am I purchasing from Pepixel?

Your purchase includes ONE JPEG file (and any additional options you may have chosen) and our time in designing and personalising your item. All copyrights and trademarks of images, characters and photographs used belong to their respective owners and you are not being charged for. This is not a licensed product and we do not claim ownership over the characters or images used in the designs.

Q5. How do l receive my invitation/card when I purchase the 'Print My Order' item ?
If you would like you choose for your order to be printed. Please expect the following delivery times, please understand delivery times will be determined where you are located. You will receive an email notification of when you order has been shipped, postal time are calculated from this date and not the date you purchased your item.
Shipping with in Australia 1 - 5 Business days after your order has been approved by you and has been accepted to print.
Shipping outside Australia 5 -15 Business days after your order has been approved by you and has been accepted to print.

Q6. If l select ' Print My Order'  what exactly am I purchasing from Pepixel?
When selecting 'Print My Order' you are purchasing your order to be printed. You will still need to select and purchase a design or your invitation or card. add your item to your cart along with the 'print my order' option. The same proofing process will apply. Once your order is printed we will send them to your requested address, a delivery fee will apply.

Q7. Can l change colours, fonts and the design of the invitation?
NO.  All our invitations are designed in a way that all elements such as colours, fonts and styles work well together.
If you require adjustments please email us before you purchase on info@pepixel.com.au to discuss your requests and we will create a custom order for you. * this will be charged accordingly 

Q8. Can I add my own photo to my invitation?
Yes, we can add a high-resolution photo to our photo invitation/ card designs. Invitation/card designs without photo’s can not be adjusted to include  photos. You  simply upload your photo when you are personalising your invitation just before checkout. Photo can be as a TIFF or JPEG file at a resolution of 300dpi or more. (please note. We only expect photos no larger than 5MB)

Q9. What happens after I order?
After you place your order... You receive an order confirmation via email straight away, You will receive an electronic JPEG proof which has been reviewed and tweaked by professional graphic designers. Then it is up to you to “approve” or “reject” the proof, You have the choice of 2 additional revisions after. If additional revisions are required, this will be charged according. An estimated Quote will be give to you before extra adjusts are made by your request. 
We will email you the digital file of the final design within 2 business days.

Q10. Do you have a rush service and how long until I receive my invitation?
Pepixel invitations does not offer fast track delivery for ''Digital Orders', as generally our delivery time is within 2 business days. By receiving the invitation/Card via email you will save on postal delivery time. Please keep in mind it also depends upon how quickly you respond to our emails and give accept the final approval.
However for the ''Pritn My Order' (Pepixel to print your order) option there is Express Post with in Australia. Please visit the following link http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html to work out delivery times.
If you are outside Australia and you would like to purchase our awesome printed invitations send us a message, with the following info;
1. Where you live
2. How many invitation/ cards you require and
3. When you would like your order by and we can give you a postage quote.
Please note people who live in the US postage may take up to 15+ days

Q11. How many invitations do I need?
The Best thing about 'Digital Printables'  you will receive ONE digital design of your invitation/card from Pepixel. Once you receive your JPEG digital design of your invitation/card, you can print as many or as little as you like at your local photo kiosk or home printer. If you have forgotten someone, you simply print the extra.
'Print My Order" option  we have a minimum of 15, you will have to enter the quantity you require depending on the number of guests, always remember to add in 2 or 3 extras in case you have forgotten anyone.

Q12. Can l expect the print to be the exact colour l see on screen?
All our designs have been test printed on high quality photo paper and have been approved to our Standard before uploading. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the finished product due to different monitor settings and resolutions. Please understand that colours will vary from different printers and from store to store. This applies to both options ''Digital & 'Printed Orders'.

Q13. Can I have my guest names printed on my invitations?
 NO, at this stage we do not offer this service.

Q14. What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal and Visa, MasterCard via PayPal Express on our website via a secure encrypted on-line processing system.

Q15. What are the delivery costs?
'Digital Printables'  - Zero, As you will be sent an email of 1 x Digital JPEG Design of your invitation ready for you to print yourself.
'Print My Order'  option - Depending on quantity and the size of the invitation 6"x4" or 5"x7" and where you are located and what postal service you choose.

Q16. Can l cancel my order?
If we have not commenced working on your order, then there is no charge for cancellation and a full refund will be given. Please fill out the cancellation request form at the bottom of home page. No refund will be given if an order is cancelled after proofing has been emailed to you. Cancellation request form
 

Q17. What if the venue or date changes after I have already ordered?
At Pepixel Invitations, we understand circumstances change. 
If you need to reorder your invitation ONLY for the 'D.I.Y & SAVE'  option you need to email us within 30 days of your order, with your order number and we offer ONE change at no extra cost. Adjustment request form

If you have selected the 'We Print'  you have received your printed invitations or printing has commenced, unfortunately you have to re-order and normal pricing applies.

Q18. I Have chosen the 'Rush Service' how does this work?
Your proof will be sent to you within 24hrs (business days) from your order date and time. To speed up the process you must reply promptly to our emails in order to finalise your order promptly.
